It’s this signature wine offering that inspired the name of our elegant upstairs bar — a sophisticated space on Level 1 overlooking Flinders Lane that’s as suited to pre-dinner drinks as to intimate cocktail soirées.

The Chablis Bar can accommodate private events of up to 40 guests, set with a mix of banquette and table seating, and featuring its own dedicated bar. A range of culinary options showcases the best of Kisumé’s seasonal, Japanese-inspired fare, while our talented bar team can compose a stellar beverage offering perfectly tailored to your group’s needs.

For larger events, this space can be booked in conjunction with the adjoining Kuro.
