GIFT VOUCHERS

Vouchers are valid for 36 months. Treat this card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. They are not redeemable for cash, and cash will not be given for any unused balance. Purchases exceeding the available balance require the difference to be paid by other methods. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Lucas Collective is final. Lucas Collective reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. This card is only valid for use at Lucas Collective venues, with the exception of Club Chin Chin Geelong — please see website for a full list of venues.

While Club Chin Chin vouchers are no longer available to purchase due to the pop-up nature of the venue, existing vouchers can be redeemed up until 31 December 2025. Please note, Club Chin Chin vouchers cannot be used at any other Lucas Collective venue.

GIFT VOUCHERS BONUS OFFER

  • Offer available between 9am AEDT Wednesday 5 November 2025 and 11.59pm AEDT Wednesday 24 December 2025.
  • Bonus voucher offer only applies to digital voucher purchases of $100 or more
  • Blackout dates apply to bonus vouchers — they cannot be redeemed between November 1 and December 31.
  • Vouchers and added value vouchers are redeemable in venue only, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Added value vouchers are valid for 36 months.
  • Added value voucher will be emailed separately and may take up to three business days to process.
  • Vouchers are redeemable at all Lucas Collective venues (excluding Club Chin Chin)
  • Lucas Collective reserves the right to change offer at any time.

TRANSACTION CURRENCY
All transactions are processed in AUD.

MARKETING PRE PAID EVENTS
Any cancellation to pre paid marketing events at any Lucas Collective venue must be notified within 24 hours of the event’s date otherwise charges will occur.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post, however at this time we do NOT accept international deliveries through our website, please contact us at enquiries@lucascollective.com to enquire about a special order.

Unless otherwise stated shipping costs are influenced by the weight of the product(s) and your location; exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched via Registered Post within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated between 5-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Lucas Collective is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.

When purchasing from Lucas Collective your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.
